2. Audit Scope 審核范圍 :
1) Initial audit: at least the last 12month records of working hour and wage should be provided. For new factories,need to provide the working hours and wage from the factory opened till theaudit date with at least 3 month records for audit.
首次審核：需提供至少最近 12 個月的工資工時記錄。如果是新廠，需提供從開廠至審核當天且至少有 3 個月的工資工時記錄?
2) Follow up audit: Need to provide theworking hours and wage from the previous audit till the current audit date withat least 3 month records for audit.

6. The audit rating 審核評級：
The table hereafter defined the 5categories of ratings and their respective definitions:

Satisfactory – S 滿意 | All criteria assessed are in compliance and best practice is valorized符合所有要求及有最佳做法。 |
Need Continuous Improvement –NCI 需持續改進 | Isolated or minor non-compliance identified + do not have any impact of the worker health & safety發現個別的或輕微的不符合且不會對員工的建康安全造成任 何影響的。 |
Need Immediate Action – NIA 需立即改正 | Severe non-compliances identified, that are either recurrent or may have a direct impact of the work health and safety 發現一般不符合，無論是重復出現的或是對員工健康安全產生直接影響的。 |
Zero Tolerance – ZT 零容忍 | Critical non-compliances and namely : 嚴重不符合, 也即是： * Child labor 童工 * ?Forced Labor :強迫勞工 * Immediate risk of accident or danger for the workers’ health and safety導致工人的健康和安全發生事故或危險的直接風險 * Attempt to corrupt the auditors 試圖賄賂審核員 |
