迪士尼審核主要是驗(yàn)社會(huì)責(zé)任，2016年迪士尼驗(yàn)廠更新的內(nèi)容主要是消防安全，迪士尼驗(yàn)廠對(duì)消防安全的要求特別嚴(yán)格，有類似于沃爾瑪驗(yàn)廠，比如，消防通道堵塞，安全出口上鎖，卷簾門做為安全出口等消防問題，在審核中為致命問題，Disney驗(yàn)廠審核主要分為，資料文件、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、員工訪談；其中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主要是生產(chǎn)安全，消防安全，職業(yè)健康安全、環(huán)境安全、化學(xué)品的安全。
Disney audit includes below five procedures:
迪斯尼審核包括以下五個(gè)步驟：
1. Opening Meeting - Introduction of the audit procedures, Disney Code of Conduct,
Disney Ethics Policy
首次會(huì)議 - - 審核流程，迪斯尼行為守則，迪斯尼道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策的介紹
2. Facility Health & Safety Inspection Walk-through – The entire facility, including all production areas, warehouses, chemical storage areas, canteens, dormitories (as
applicable), and all other areas of the facility
工廠健康安全巡查 - - 包括生產(chǎn)區(qū)域，倉(cāng)庫，化學(xué)品倉(cāng)庫，食堂，宿舍（如適用），及工廠的其他所有區(qū)域
3. Documents Review - Original records and documents (as applicable per region/country)
