WCA是英文Workplace Conditions Assessment（工作場所條件評估）的縮寫，系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由Intertek開發(fā)并具有獨(dú)立的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一般被一些中小買家要求，該類買家沒有自己完善、獨(dú)立的COC標(biāo)注，因此就直接接受該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。WCA審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)調(diào)整來自大型零售機(jī)構(gòu)均采納的GSCP標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依托Intertek深厚的社會責(zé)任符合性服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),WCA已成為幫助企業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)商工廠評估、基準(zhǔn)評定、實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)改善的有力工具。
WCA驗(yàn)廠主要分為以下4個等級：
紅色(0-50分)：非常低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
VERY LOW PERFORMANCE
Urgent Action Required
Severe concern in facility's readiness to assume responsibilities for managing and monitoring compliance activities
橙色(51-70分)：低等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一般在90天后進(jìn)行跟蹤審核
Low Performance
Significant Action Required
Singnificant concern in facility's readiness to assume responsibilities for managing and monitoring compliance activities
黃色(71-84分)：中等風(fēng)險的問題部分符合要求，必須于15日內(nèi)提交糾正計(jì)劃(CAP)要求英文填寫，且需在180天后進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)審核。
