沃爾沃斯（ WOOLWORTHS)驗(yàn)廠為社會責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠以及質(zhì)量驗(yàn)廠，兩個項(xiàng)目同時進(jìn)行審核，難度較大。沃爾沃斯驗(yàn)廠一般分為三個等級：半年期、一年期、兩年期，兩年期為最高等級。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有關(guān)鍵不符合點(diǎn)，工廠無法遵從道德采購政策所規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，需緊急實(shí)行改正行動計(jì)劃，盡快做到符合，存在危險(xiǎn)的工廠必須進(jìn)行再審。
1. 強(qiáng)制勞動，即時廢止：不得以懲罰措施、借貸奴役、或在雇員非自愿的情況下要求員工 進(jìn)行任何工作或提供任何服務(wù)。 2. 十四以下，不得雇用：不得容許十四歲以下的童工從事任何生產(chǎn)、制造、或裝嵌工作。
3. 合理工資，維持生計(jì)：設(shè)定合理的工資水平，使雇員得以提供其本身及家屬的基本需要。
4. 工作環(huán)境，確保安全：尤其須注意工作時間及超時工作，確保不會損害員工的健康、安全 、或士氣。
5. 平等機(jī)會，杜絕歧視：為雇員提供平等工作機(jī)會和工資，禁止任何形式的歧視。6. 組織工會，溝通有道：工會的設(shè)立，有助促進(jìn)勞資雙方的溝通和商議。
