沃爾沃斯（ WOOLWORTHS)驗廠為社會責任驗廠以及質量驗廠，兩個項目同時進行審核，難度較大。沃爾沃斯驗廠一般分為三個等級：半年期、一年期、兩年期，兩年期為最高等級。如發現有關鍵不符合點，工廠無法遵從道德采購政策所規定的標準，需緊急實行改正行動計劃，盡快做到符合，存在危險的工廠必須進行再審。

8.qualificationor license of electrician, elevator operator, welding worker, etc 所有電工, 電梯操作員, 焊工等特別工種人員的操作證,上崗證
9.Licenseof company nurse/doctor 廠醫的資格證/上崗許可證
