沃爾瑪walmart驗廠包含社會責(zé)任、質(zhì)量、反恐三種，社會責(zé)任驗廠主要是對工人的基本權(quán)利有一個保障，像工時、工資、社保，消防問題、政府文件都是審核重中之重，重量包含利器管控、金屬管控、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等，反恐是對供應(yīng)鏈安全方面的審核。沃爾瑪分包商只驗社會責(zé)任，其它都需要三項審核，消防問題是沃爾瑪?shù)牧闳萑添?，比如消防栓、消防通道、消防警鈴、滅火器、樓梯等?/span>

Does factory have good environmental control on temperature, humidity, etc.? 來料,半成品，成品的的儲存環(huán)境是否適宜和充足以避免物料的質(zhì)量或安全性降級退化,尤其對敏感材料或部件。 比如 IC的存儲。 工廠對溫度，濕度等是否有良好的環(huán)境控制。
7. No broken windows or leaking roofs that may result to product contamination was observed during Audit. 沒有破碎的窗子或漏的屋頂，其可能導(dǎo)致審核中發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品被污染。
8. Factory implements strict sharp tools control procedure to prevent scissors, knives,blades, broken glasses and needles tto be mixed with product.
工廠是否建立了嚴格的利器控制程序，以防剪刀，刀具，刀片，碎玻璃，針混入產(chǎn)品。
9. Factory implements a broken needle control process [Applies for products thatrequires sewing and/or those used in ticketing or Kimble guns for tags] 工廠實施斷針控制過程。（適用于產(chǎn)品有縫制工序，標槍工序）。
10.
