沃爾瑪walmart驗(yàn)廠包含社會(huì)責(zé)任、質(zhì)量、反恐三種，社會(huì)責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠主要是對(duì)工人的基本權(quán)利有一個(gè)保障，像工時(shí)、工資、社保，消防問(wèn)題、政府文件都是審核重中之重，重量包含利器管控、金屬管控、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等，反恐是對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈安全方面的審核。沃爾瑪分包商只驗(yàn)社會(huì)責(zé)任，其它都需要三項(xiàng)審核，消防問(wèn)題是沃爾瑪?shù)牧闳萑添?xiàng)，比如消防栓、消防通道、消防警鈴、滅火器、樓梯等。
沃爾瑪驗(yàn)廠審核范圍和相關(guān)程序：
Ethical Sourcing audits are required in manufacturing and subcontracting facilities
producing merchandise for Walmart, its subsidiaries and affiliates.所有為沃爾瑪、其子公司和關(guān)聯(lián)公司生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的工廠和分包商都需要接受道德采購(gòu)審核。
? Ethical Sourcing audits are required in subcontracting and packaging facilities where any
product brand name is present.
若分包商和包材廠的生產(chǎn)涉及到沃爾瑪?shù)钠放泼Q(chēng)，也需要接受道德采購(gòu)審核。
? Some brands may be exempt based on a set of criteria established by Ethical Sourcing.
Exemption applications are available for submission by the supplier.
道德采購(gòu)部門(mén)有專(zhuān)門(mén)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)部份商標(biāo)豁免審核。供應(yīng)商可提交豁免審核申請(qǐng)。
When a supplier or contractor of Walmart pays another company to do the work that Walmart has paid
the primary supplier/contractor to provide, this is subcontracting. It is the responsibility of the supplier to
disclose all such subcontractors used for Walmart merchandise.

生產(chǎn)帶沃爾瑪商標(biāo)和 / 或標(biāo)簽的零配件及包裝
? Producing a major component of finished product that could be sold independently
生產(chǎn)可以單獨(dú)出售的成品重要組成部件
? Further handling merchandise containing the brand name (i.e. washing, dying, embroidery, etc.)
加工的工序涉及到品牌名稱(chēng)（如洗滌、印染、刺繡等）
? Producing packaging material containing the product brand name (i.e. cartons, hangtags, heat seals,
