WRAP驗廠為美國服裝行業的認證,主要涉及的范圍為社會責任和反恐,工廠可以自己申請第三方審核機構,時間為半通知審核,突擊期為1個月。WRAP認證的評判結果分為:A—鉑金證書(2年有效期)、B—黃金證書(1年有效期)、C—白銀證書(半年有效期),如果工廠沒有拿到證書則為3個月跟進審核。

facility staff.
工資表 (過去十二個月) ,包括在職與離職人員。如果工資是通過銀行轉賬發放,請同時提供銀行轉賬記錄。
Payroll Records (Last 12 months), including active employees and resignation employees. If wage paid by Bank Transfer,
Bank Transfer record is required accordingly.
4. 員工花名冊及員工個人檔案(含身份證復印件)
