BSCI驗廠要求供應商必須確保代表BSCI成員直到最后生產階段的生產過程涉及的所有分包商都遵守BSCI《行為守則》。并由終端客戶BSCI會員進行授權后才可以進行驗廠，主要從公司證件數據、管理模式、員工福利以及作業場所、生產設施、消防設備、生活設施、環境衛生、廠房建設、飲食娛樂等各方面進行社會責任的審核，結果會以報告形式上傳到BSCI官網。
BSCI驗廠中對于配電箱的要求
BSCI條款:
電力
a) Are electrical installations checked periodically?
a) 是否定期檢查電力裝置？
b) Are blank electrical contacts exposed?
b) 不在使用的電力接觸是否外露？
c) Are electrical installations properly fixed so that they cannot easily fall down?
c) 電力裝置是否安裝妥當，以致不會很容易掉下來？
d) Are electrical cords correctly fixed or repaired with tape?
d) 電線是否妥當地安裝或用膠布修補？
e) Are encasements of electrical machinery, devices and attachments broken?
e) 存放電動機器、用具和附件的箱子是否破爛？
f) Is there a danger that electrical installation will energize surrounding installation (e.g. fragile electrical cords close to metal)?
f) 電力裝置會否對四周的裝置構成危險(例如容易破損的電線與金屬物距離很近)？
g) Are high voltage signs properly installed where needed (e.g. main power point, main fuse box)?
g) 當有需要的時候，是否妥當地安裝好高電壓(例如主要電源插座、主要保險絲盒)的標志？
h) Are workplaces obstructed by distribution lines (e.g. electrical cords lying on the floor causing employees to
trip over them, electrical cords on tables, poorly installed electrical cords creating a risk of strangulation)?
h) 工作場所是否被分送線路阻礙(例如地面上的電線可能令員工絆倒，桌面上的電線，安裝差劣的電線可能構成勒死的危險)？
i) Are power hubs, electrical control stations, fuse boxes lockable?
i) 電線插孔、電力控制站和保險絲盒子是否可以上鎖？
j) Are the boxes made out of non flammable material?
j) 這些盒子是否用非易燃物料制成？
k) Are light fittings, switches, plugs etc. in good condition, not broken and don’t cause danger (electrocution)
to employees (missing cover for switches and plugs)?
k) 燈光設備、開關掣和插座的狀況是否良好，沒有損毀，也不會（因為電掣和插座失去覆蓋）構成（如電殛）危險？
l) Do employees working with electricity have adequate qualification?
l) 工作涉及電力的雇員是否有足夠資格？
