BSCI驗廠要求供應商必須確保代表BSCI成員直到最后生產(chǎn)階段的生產(chǎn)過程涉及的所有分包商都遵守BSCI《行為守則》。并由終端客戶BSCI會員進行授權(quán)后才可以進行驗廠，主要從公司證件數(shù)據(jù)、管理模式、員工福利以及作業(yè)場所、生產(chǎn)設施、消防設備、生活設施、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、廠房建設、飲食娛樂等各方面進行社會責任的審核，結(jié)果會以報告形式上傳到BSCI官網(wǎng)。
1.如果貴工廠廠區(qū)內(nèi)有其他工廠，或部分車間，宿舍，飯?zhí)玫龋⑶也荒芴峁┙o本次審核員審核的， 請在申請審核時及時與我們溝通并說明彼此之間的關(guān)系， 以便我們與您的客戶或?qū)徍酥鞴苓M一步澄清本次審核的范圍。
If there is （are） other factory （factories） sharing the same boundary with your premise, or part of your workshops, dormitories, canteens, that the auditor can not access in the audit, your clarification on this issue as well as relations with facilities is required when you apply for audit, we need to further clarify with your client and audit representative to confirm the audit scope.
2.社會責任審核初審時通常需要查閱12個月的工時工資記錄；復審時通常需要查閱至少2個月的工時工資記錄；若貴工廠是最近成立的新廠，申請審核時請確認工廠已經(jīng)正常運作并能夠提交至少3個月的工時工資記錄；未能提交應審核的資料會影響審核的結(jié)論。如有任何疑問請在申請審核時及時與我們溝通以便跟進處理。
For initial visit of social accountability audit, worker’s attendance & wage payment records of recent 12 months are normally required and at least 2 months’ said records are necessary for re audit. Newly-established factory should already be in normal operation, at least 3 months’ said records is a must. Any missing of required documents will affect your audit conclusion
3.2014年9月起，BSCI要求工廠將廠區(qū)內(nèi)外包的分包商員工例如保安，廚工，清潔工等按照分包商進行管理。這意味著若工廠有外包員工，審核時除了會查看外包員工合乎法規(guī)的內(nèi)容，還會查看工廠是否有按照BSCI要求聘用、管理、監(jiān)控外包員工的程序。當外包員工管理方面出現(xiàn)任何問題，都會導致嚴重不符合的結(jié)果。
BSCI has required the producers to manage subcontracted agency or workers under the roof of the producer who provide security, cooking or cleaning service as subcontractor since September 2014. That means, if the producers hire subcontracted agency or workers, not only the actions on subcontractors in line with legal requirement but also the procedure in place on recruiting, managing, monitoring subcontractors should be assessed. Once there is any non-conformity on subcontractors, the final result will be “Non-compliant
4.The audit cycle will be 2 years of initial audits which were or will be conducted in 2014. For the initial audits which will be conducted from Jan. 2015 to Apr. 2015, the audit cycle will be valid till 31st, Dec. 2016.
如之前所提到，2014年BSCI初審的有效期改為2年。對于2015年1月至4月的審核，審核有效期一律統(tǒng)一到2016年12月31日截止。
5.All audits conducted by us now are based on Code of Conduct （2009）。 BSCI had issued one new Code of Conduct in 2014. Audits under new Code of Conduct （2014） will be launched since 1st, May. 2015. Audit cycle under new Code will be also 2 years in future.
我們現(xiàn)在正在執(zhí)行的BSCI審核都是基于2009版的行為準則。BSCI已于2014年頒布了2014版的行為準則。基于新的行為準則的審核將于2015年5月1日開始，之后的審核有效期統(tǒng)一為2年。
6.Re-audit under Code of Conduct （2009） will not be able to be requested since May 1, 2015 due to the change of BSCI Code version.
由于BSCI行為準則改版，2015年5月1日之后將不會針對2009年版行為準則下的審核做跟進審核。
