CTC驗廠是客戶驗廠的一種，是加拿大買家Canad???ian Tire Corporation要求供應商做的一個驗廠項目，目的是檢驗供應商的社會責任和生產能力等問題。CTC驗廠主要審核以下內容：工資和福利、童工、工作時間、環境保護、消防，評判等級分為：綠燈（半年）、黃燈（四個月）、橙燈（三個月）。

審核員審核流程包含以下6項內容：
1.Opening Meeting-Auditor will expain the intent of visit and the audit process.
開始會議-審驗員解釋驗廠目的及驗廠程序
2.Factory tour-General Walk through of the factory and dorms(if applicable)
工廠走覽-對于廠區及宿舍等進行一般性走查
3.Employee interviews-Confidential conducted one-to-one of in small groups.
雇員面談-秘密的，一對一或分小組進行面談
4.Factory management interview-Review hiring process, factory rules, work schedules, and other procedures used by factory management.
工廠管理層面談-評估雇傭程序，工廠規章制度，工作計劃，以及工廠管理的其它程序。
5.Country of Origin are view-Review production records and shipping records.
原產國審驗-檢查生產記錄和運輸記錄。
6.Closing meeting-Review any findings found during the audit with factory management. This includes detailing how to correct the issue(s) and negotiate the “correct by” date. The audit recap is signed by both the auditor and factory management
結束會議-與工廠管理層評論審驗期間發現的問題。包括詳細的如何改正發現的問題以及協議改正日期。然后一份“驗廠概要”需要驗廠員和工廠管理人員共同簽署，且留一份拷貝于工廠。（CTC驗廠）
