ICS驗廠是法國商務和發(fā)行聯(lián)盟(FCD)的成員根據(jù)國際勞工組織(ILO)在社會責任管理方案上的指引，并采納SA 8000標準中的理念後，在1998年的第三季度正式發(fā)布了“社會公約Initiative Clause Sociale (ICS)”。ICS成員客戶會對自己的供應商進行社會責任驗廠，驗廠內(nèi)容為：社會責任和職業(yè)健康及安全方面，工廠現(xiàn)場消防，工廠程序文件等方面。
