AN ICSCODE OF ETHICS
Allcompanies joining the Social Clause Initiative must sign the Code of Ethicswhich involves certain commitments :所有的公司加入社會(huì)條款倡議必須簽署道德規(guī)范涉及某些承諾：
Thecompany must commission and pay for audits of its suppliers to be conducted by outsideindependent auditing firms mandated by the Social Clause Initiative.該公司必須支付傭金和其供應(yīng)商的審計(jì)是由外部獨(dú)立審計(jì)的社會(huì)條款規(guī)定的公司進(jìn)行的倡議。
Theexternal labour audits must be conducted in full accordance with the SocialClause Initiative questionnaire (all 8 chapters must be taken into account).審計(jì)的外部勞動(dòng)力必須進(jìn)行與社會(huì)條款完全按照計(jì)劃表（所有8個(gè)章節(jié)，必須考慮到）。
Thecompany must agree to use the ICS tools provided.該公司必須同意使用ICS的工具提供。

- Themethod of communicating with factories -與工廠溝通的方法
