星巴克(Starbucks)是美國一家連鎖咖啡公司,星巴克驗(yàn)廠主要是以社會(huì)責(zé)任審核為主,有時(shí)也會(huì)有要求工廠進(jìn)行質(zhì)量審核。在社會(huì)責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠中最為關(guān)注的是工廠有無雇傭童工、是否強(qiáng)迫工人超時(shí)工作、工資指定及發(fā)放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工人是否享有法律規(guī)定的社會(huì)福利、工人的工作環(huán)境、生活環(huán)境是否衛(wèi)生舒適、有無侵犯行為等、為勞動(dòng)者的福利提供了有利的保障等。
星巴克驗(yàn)廠關(guān)于強(qiáng)迫勞工的強(qiáng)制性要求
Forced Labor: Forced Labor is work exacted under the menace of any penalty and for which the [worker] has not offered himself voluntarily.
強(qiáng)迫勞工:強(qiáng)迫勞工意為工人工作是在非自主自愿的前提下,以懲罰手段來脅迫工人工作。Voluntary work: All workers provide voluntary work or service under no threat of penalty. Overtime is not mandatory.
自愿工作:提供所有的工人自主自愿工作或者服務(wù)的權(quán)利,沒有任何的懲罰手段脅迫工人。加班工作是自愿的而非強(qiáng)制性的。
Bond, debt, prison labor: Workers are not hired under bond, debt or other obligation, nor does the facility hire or subcontract work to prison labor.
債務(wù)勞工和監(jiān)獄勞工:員工雇傭不應(yīng)債務(wù)等其他制約,且工廠不得使用監(jiān)獄工或者外發(fā)工作到監(jiān)獄。
Document control: There is no holding original employee documents, such as passports, without a system for employees to access those documents at will.
文件控制:如無系統(tǒng)保證員工的任意使用,工廠不得保管其原始文件如護(hù)照等。
Physical restraint: There are no physical restraints to workers leaving the facility during work hours (e.g. locked exits, armed guards, etc.)
人身限制:不允許對工人在工作時(shí)間離開工廠進(jìn)行人身限制。(例如:封鎖出口,警衛(wèi)武裝等等。)
Deposits: Workers are not required to submit deposits that are equal of more than 1.5 times their monthly wage.
