星巴克（Starbucks）是美國一家連鎖咖啡公司,星巴克驗廠主要是以社會責(zé)任審核為主，有時也會有要求工廠進行質(zhì)量審核。在社會責(zé)任驗廠中最為關(guān)注的是工廠有無雇傭童工、是否強迫工人超時工作、工資指定及發(fā)放標準、工人是否享有法律規(guī)定的社會福利、工人的工作環(huán)境、生活環(huán)境是否衛(wèi)生舒適、有無侵犯行為等、為勞動者的福利提供了有利的保障等。
星巴克驗廠最重要的驗廠要求
1. Payment of Wages:
工資支付Minimum wage: All employees (including piece-rate, trainees and temporary workers) are paid at least the legal hourly minimum wage.
最低工資：所有員工（包括計件工，實習(xí)生和臨時工）應(yīng)支付最少要相當于法定最低的小時工資。
Timeliness of payments: Workers must receive monetary payment within 45 days of the labor service provided.
及時支付工資：工人必須在提供勞動服務(wù)周期的45天內(nèi)收到貨幣形式的報酬。
Documentation: Adequate documentation is available to verify that minimum wages are being paid to all workers.
保留文件：保留適當?shù)奈募Y料以證明所有工人都至少被支付了最低工資。
2. Physical/Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment: Suppliers must not use or permit corporal punishment or any other form of physical or psychological coercion including verbal abuse and sexual harassment.
身體或性虐待和性騷擾：供應(yīng)商不得允許或使用任何形式的身體或者精神上的的懲罰措施，包括言語辱罵和性騷擾。
3. Denied Access: Suppliers must allow announced and unannounced inspections of their records and all areas of the facilities by Starbucks or a Starbucks approved third party to verify compliance to the Standards, including confidential employee interviews.。
拒絕評估：供應(yīng)商必須允許星巴克或星巴克批準的第三方在通知和不通知的情況下，審核工廠的資料以及所有廠區(qū)范圍，包括對員工的私密訪談。
4. Environmental Impacts: The supplier / facility does not create significant Environmental issues causing direct and immediate environmental endangerment (i.e. toxic waste disposal)
環(huán)境影響：供應(yīng)商/工廠不會對周邊環(huán)境引起重大的污染問題以至于造成直接和立即的環(huán)境破壞。（如有毒廢棄物的排放）
5. Life Safety: The supplier / facility does not create significant health and safety issues causing direct and immediate employee endangerment (i.e.: no secondary exits, no emergency alarm system, blocked primary aisles, blocked exits, locked exits without easy emergency access, hazardous electrical wiring, unsafe structural engineering, no protective equipment for workers and machinery at all, etc…)
生命安全：供應(yīng)商/工廠不存在直接和立即造成員工危害的重大健康與安全問題。（如無第二出口，無緊急 報警系統(tǒng)，主通道受阻，緊急出口被阻，出口被鎖且不能逃生，有危險的電源線，不安全操作結(jié)構(gòu)，員工及機器無任何保護裝置等）
